Cancelling order
If your order is not delivered within 48 hours of purchase, which is confirmed by the appearance of the successful completion of the process
As expected, you have the right to cancel your order. This is done by contacting our customer service team to begin the cancellation process. Ensure customer service cancels the order, and the full amount paid will be refunded within 7 working days

Damaged products

If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for another product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to begin the process of refunding the money or exchanging it with other products. The product must be returned in its original packaging, without opening the box or packaging or using the product.
The product cannot be returned after 14 days from the date of purchase in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Commerce.
We therefore encourage you to carefully review your selection before completing your purchase

Product refund and money transfer will be processed through the same payment method upon purchase.
After we receive the returned product and confirm that it complies with the return conditions. Money is transferred within a period not exceeding 7 working days.

Switch
We only replace the product if it has a manufacturing defect or is damaged. It will be replaced with the same product.
